Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Cursify collects when you use cursify.lol, mail.cursify.lol and our Discord server, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the store.

1. Data we collect

When you create or use a Cursify account:

  • your username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our auth provider);
  • a customer ID we generate, your sign-up date and whether your email is verified;
  • if you connect Discord: your Discord user ID, username and avatar;
  • license keys and products linked to your account.

When you buy:

  • order details such as the plan, price and delivery status. Payments are handled by SellAuth or the payment provider you pick, and we do not receive your full card details;
  • messages you send in Discord tickets.

When you use Cursify Mail:

  • emails sent to your @cursify.lol inbox (sender, subject and content), and a hashed inbox password if you set one.

Automatically:

  • basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

  • to create your account, sign you in and keep it secure;
  • to deliver orders, honor the replacement warranty and give support;
  • to verify your email and link your Discord account;
  • to prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse of the service;
  • to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed for the site to work: session cookies that keep you signed in, and an extra security cookie for staff using the admin panel. Cursify Mail stores your current address in your browser's local storage and an inbox password only for the current browser session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run Cursify:

  • Supabase: database and authentication;
  • Vercel: website hosting;
  • Cloudflare: DNS and email routing for @cursify.lol;
  • Discord: sign-in, support tickets and order delivery;
  • SellAuth and payment providers: checkout and payments.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.

5. How long we keep it

  • Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted when you ask us to close it.
  • Order records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention, disputes or legal reasons.
  • Cursify Mail messages are temporary and can be deleted by you or by us at any time.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and our database is only reachable by our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so use a unique password for Cursify.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, open a ticket in our Discord. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting on it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the site or in our Discord.
