Terms of Service

Cursify resells pre-made, full access ("FA") accounts for third-party services. Depending on the plan, an account may include access to Cursor, Grok, Grok Premium and X Premium. Plan names, usage levels and prices are listed on our pricing section and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Cursify is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anysphere (Cursor), xAI, X Corp or any other provider whose service an account gives access to. Features, limits and availability of those services are controlled by their providers, not by us.

• Orders are placed through our SellAuth store or by opening a ticket in our Discord server.
• Payment is processed by SellAuth or the payment provider you choose. We never see your full card details.
• Accounts are delivered digitally, usually within minutes. Ticket orders are handled when staff are available.
• An order counts as delivered once the account details are sent to you through the checkout, email or Discord.
• Extra usage credits can be arranged in a ticket at a price agreed with staff.

If an account does not work, report it in a Discord ticket within 24 hours of delivery. We will check it and, if the problem is on our side, replace it free of charge. Replacement is the only remedy we offer.

• Because accounts are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.
• The warranty does not cover problems caused by you, including sharing the account, breaking the provider's terms, using a VPN or automation that gets the account flagged, or changing account details in a way that locks you out.
• Reports made after the 24-hour window are handled at our discretion.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support first is treated as fraud. We may revoke any account linked to the order, ban you from Cursify and our Discord, and share evidence of delivery with the payment provider.

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Give accurate information when you register and keep your email and Discord connection up to date.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or put other users at risk.

mail.cursify.lol provides disposable inboxes on @cursify.lol. Inboxes without a password can be read by anyone who knows the address, so do not use them for anything sensitive. Messages may be deleted at any time. You must not use Cursify Mail for spam, fraud, harassment or to break any law or third-party terms.

You agree not to:

• resell, share or publicly post accounts bought from us without written permission;
• use our products for illegal activity, spam, fraud or abuse;
• attack, scrape, overload or try to break into our website, API or mail service;
• impersonate Cursify staff or other users.

Accounts give access to services run by other companies, and your use of them is also subject to their terms. Providers can change features, limit usage or suspend accounts without notice. Outside the replacement warranty above, we are not responsible for actions taken by those providers.

You use any account bought from Cursify entirely at your own risk. Once an account has been delivered, Cursify has no legal responsibility for anything that happens to you, your devices, your data or your other accounts as a result of buying or using it. This includes, for example, the account being suspended or banned by its provider, loss of access, loss of work or data, or any consequences of how you use the account. You are solely responsible for making sure that buying and using our products is allowed where you live.

The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond the replacement warranty in section 3. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cursify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Cursify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
